Woke up had a nice breakfast, more amazing food, and set off at 1 pm having dicussed politics
Had an uneventful journey onwards. Stopped at texas canyon where there were lots of impressive looking rocks.
Had banana bread and cookies thanks to our hosts.
Arrived in tucson, drove into the city for dinner, found the area that we drove into as dead as a door knob. Had dinner at grimaldis pizzeria, having tried to get away from New York unsuccessful. Weird service from the waitress...taking order from one, then running across room to computer to enter, as oppose to just writing on a notepad.
And then went home to bed.
