Woke up to pouring rain, Left at 8am
Jamie did very well, and only pulled over once not being able to see a thing at 40mph.
It was the longest driving day yet
Went into mountain time, saw lots of mountain and deserts for the first time, yes we did
We experienced cross winds, which caused Rowena to have muscle work. Some did not believe in said cross winds. She should not have had so much ribs the night before
Dairy queen for lunch, surprised by the non dairy selection, sweet tooth patel had a brownie explosion on his plate and then he ate it. We heard rowenas hand drier, i heard you coming and then you were i heard the hand drier. Lucky luke had a cookie jar blizzard, the rest of us had various burgers and sandwiches. What would Beverley be bendy Beverley, maybe it is ironic. Did we have this discussion when we went to the cabin? Rowena 'are you sure it wasn’t an ann summer party.'
Visit to walmart for the first time for some of us
We arrived to donna and carey soon after 5, ate lots of food, drank beer margarita, had a dip in the cold pool, and the hot tub, where we let off some steam. And had more delicious food. We were very apreciative of their food and hospitality. World's best Enchiladas perhaps?
We could see el paso taxas from one corner of the garden and the mexico border from the other.
We had yum fest, (that sounds like some pagan festival.) And on the note i am going to get ready to get to bed!
